May 8, 2018

SAN ANTONIO (May 7, 2018) - Southside First Economic Development Council is bringing together Brooks CEO Leo Gomez, and Port San Antonio Interim CEO Jim Perschbach, to discuss the economic challenges, opportunities and vision for the Southside and region.

The Inaugural Economic Exchange Luncheon, taking place on Thursday, June 7, at Texas A&M University – San Antonio’s Vista Room, brings leading voices in South Texas together in panel discussions that inspire, motivate and create action in growing and sustaining the area’s economy.

“An integral part of our mission is to be a convener of businesses, neighborhoods, schools and public entities, like Brooks and Port. This meeting provides the Southside’s most influential leaders an opportunity to brief our community, and answer questions on issues that impact our community’s overall economic development,” said Southside First Economic Development Council Executive Director Andrew M. Anguiano. “This conversation undoubtedly will foster greater collaboration and partnerships in order to further propel San Antonio economic vitality.”
